The University of Adelaide’s EU Centre for Global Affairs and The Australian National University’s Centre for European Studies are collaborating to host a high-level panel discussion on the local and global trade policy implications of Brexit.

Alan Winters CB is a leading specialist on the empirical and policy analysis of international trade, especially in developing countries, and has published over 240 articles and chapters and 30 books covering regional trading arrangements, non-tariff barriers, European integration, transition economies’ trade, international labour migration, agricultural protection, trade and poverty and the world trading system.
Richard Baldwin
Professor of International Economics, Graduate Institute, Geneva
Richard Baldwin has authored numerous books and articles, most recently The Great Convergence: Information Technology and the New Globalization. His research interests include international trade, globalisation, regionalism and European integration.

It facilitates and engages in dialogue between academia, government, business and civil society within the European and Australian communities on matters of international trade and investment, economic development, and regional cooperation and integration in the Asia-Pacific region.
